Is There Any Way To Get Taller? Top 6 Stretching Exercises!
I know, I can hear it now. “Yes, is there any way to get taller would be great to know, but stretching, when the heck am I suppose to find the time to fit that in?” Well, how important is getting taller and feeling well to you? The truth is there is time, it’s called “NET Time.” NET Time stands for No Extra Time. Meaning you do something at the same time you’re doing something else that you would have already been doing. We find the best time to fit in stretching is during TV time. Think about it, you’re sitting there anyway, why not do your stretches while kicking back and watching some TV.

#1. The Lyiing Leg Crossover – This exercise will target the glute muscles. Great examples in the video.
#2. Hip Flexor Stretch – The focus in this one will be to stretch the hip flexors. Being careful to not arch the back while performing this exercise or injury can take place. Wonderful stretch for those that are active runners.
#3. Periformis Hip Glute Stretch – Again avoiding arching the back in this movement. This one is a bit more confusing for some people, but nothing a little practice wont take care of.

#4. Partner Hamstring Stretch – In order to take the pressure off of the low back be sure to start lying on your back with both legs bent upward at the knee. The increased flexibility with this specific exercise is incredible.
#5. Partner Quad Stretch – You’ll find out from the video that most people do not stretch the quad muscle the proper way, by doing the proper way you will get a full stretch on the entire quad.
#6. Shoulder Back Lat Pec Stretch – Great for opening up the entire anterior side of the body. A partner will be needed for this one as well.
Each of these movements will be done for 90 to 120 seconds each. Holding these for this period of time will give you a perfect start to getting taller.
